Hales Corners Care Center is staffed 24 hours per day by nurses educated in high tech skills to meet the medical needs of those residents requiring specialized services which include intensive rehabilitation, wound care, hospice care, and IV therapy.

Our nursing team consists of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and Restorative Nursing Assistants. Our heartfelt caring and highest professional standards shine throughout the care provided.

All components of your individualized treatment plan are coordinated by the Hales Corners Care Center team in conjunction with your physician. If your personal physician is unable to follow your care while you are at Hales Corners Care Center, another physician can be assigned to you whether the need is for short term or long term care.
